Yes, rookie draft class of this year count as well, since they haven't played in the nba yet. Kyrie irving, kemba,derrick williams, jimmer etc......Also upcoming prospects in college or h.s who are guarnteed nba players in the future due to their potential austin rviers, lebryan nash, perry jones, harrison barnes, isiah austin etc ..analyst are already praising shabazz muhammad.
